E-Z karate self defense class teaches the foundations of martial arts with an emphasis on how to use self defense techniques that work. Each class you will learn how to properly warm up, stretch, and strengthen your muscles through a series of exercises using kicks and strikes. You will gain important knowledge taught to benefit both men and women to defend yourself and family. Instructors will breakdown key methods to defend from an attack such as a grab or punch.
