This class teaches the foundation of martial arts, a total body workout with an emphasis on stretching, coordination, flexibility and strength training. Learn dynamic, isometric, and repetitive exercises through kicks, strikes, and self defense moves. Students gain important knowledge taught to benefit both men and women. Gain mental and physical self-confidence as instructors focus on basic techniques that build through the class, challenging all fitness levels. Develop a positive outlook exercising and training with people that have similar goals of staying active and motivated, while gaining friendships that will last a lifetime.
One night a week a class is focused on weapons training used in part of drills and additional katas. Weapons change monthly. (Bo Staff, Nunchucks, Escrima Sticks, Tonfas)
Students are on a testing cycle of approximately 90 days.
