Strikes, kicks, grappling, throws, and submission techniques are all used against an opponent. This program blends the key elements of Brazilian jujitsu, wrestling, muay thai, boxing, and extreme conditioning. Our instructors are certified for training by world renowned ultimate fighting organization American Top Team (ATT). This is the program you’ve been looking for to take your training to the next level. Don’t be fooled by the imitation programs out there, professional style classes designed by ATT which have built a reputation of success in the UFC, WEC, and PRIDE. Our curriculum includes fast pace classes emphasizing on conditioning, and high repetition of basic drills. NEAMA’s program includes these American Top Team certified MMA classes but membership also includes karate, aerobic kickboxing, power tone, and gym access. Monday Night:Focus on Brazilian jiu-jitsu, grappling, and groundwork.
Wednesday Night:Focus on standup work (Muay thia, kickboxing, boxing) and ground & pound.
Friday Afternoon: Open mat, free practice without instructor supervision. *Any individual that abuses this opportunity will be removed from the program.
Saturday Morning:Open mat, individual practice with an instructor. A perfect opportunity to refine skills learned from the week.
