Our Instructors

I have been training at Northeast Academy of Martial Arts for nine years, and I started when I was five years old. I earned my Sho Dan Black Belt in May 2010, and I will be testing for my Ni Dan Second Degree during the summer of 2011. Karate is my life, and I absolutely love it. Because of karate, I am healthy, focused, and determined. My favorite weapon is staff. I like the way the staff flows from one move to another, and it’s a fun weapon to learn how to use. I joined Leadership Team because I enjoy working with people and helping them better themselves in martial arts. There is nothing I enjoy more than watching the little kids learn and grow as a martial artist just like I did at NEAMA.
