NEAMA STUDENT HAND BOOK
To continue our efforts to "go green" a new online student handbook will be available. This online handbook will be used as a reference to find information and instructive videos that will ease you about starting karate and answer many questions you may have. Here you will find an introduction on the background of our martial art style, the general class procedures, and details on the basic stances and kicks.

providing each student the needed information that will be required to understand,
